Welcome to the Monte Rio Recreation & Park District, located in Vacation Wonderland on the Russian River!
Our Administrative Office is open on Mondays from 12:00 – 3:00. Please feel free to drop in if you have any questions about the Park District or would like a tour of the facility.
Boat Rentals and Food Concessions are now closed for the season. We will reopen in May of 2024 (date to be determined)
Monte Rio Beach is open to the public all year long. The lower parking lot is now gated and locked and will reopen in May of 2024. Beach access is available from the upper parking lot.
Whenever you visit, please help us keep our beach and parks garbage-free by hauling out whatever you bring in.

Popular Lightwave Coffee & Kitchen at Creekside skate park is open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Our Monte Rio Community Events Center, beautiful patio garden and commercial kitchen are the perfect venue for your wedding or private event at the Russian River.

Monte Rio Beach
Monte Rio Beach is open to the public all year long. The lower beach parking lot is open during the summer season only and closes at 8:00pm. Beach boat rental and food concessions are closed for the season (re-opening May of 2024)
