Scheduled Meetings

• Monthly board meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Monte Rio Community Center (MRCC) (second Monday when holiday). 1/8, 2/5, 3/5, 4/2, 5/7, 6/4, 7/9, 8/6, 9/10, 10/1, 11/5, 12/3
• MRRPD Budget Committee meets Fridays at 10:am: 4/13, 5/11, 5/18, 8/17, 9/7, 9/21: Suzi Schaffert Chair
• MRRPD Facilities & Grants Committee meets every Friday from 8:30am. Agendas for these meetings are posted each week. Suzi Schaffert Chair, Cynthia Thomas + Gretchen Mino.
• MRRPD Personnel Committee meets Friday at 11:30am - 3/2, 3/30, 5/4, 6/1, 7/6, 8/3, 9/7, 10/5, 11/2, 12/7
